Alice is an illustrator and artist based in Glasgow, Scotland. Working both on her personal practice, commissioned artwork and on projects alongside some of Scotland's best Independent businesses and projects from branding and design to murals and artwork commissions.
Graduating from Gray's School of Art in 2016, she has developed a varied practice that explores many methods of making, ranging from painting and digital art to origami. Though varied, each method is tied together with intricate details and infinite colour. Her work is influenced by subjects like mental health, self-care, and healing lessons derived from the natural world. Through confronting personal trauma, she found solace in automatic drawing and painting, which has become a cornerstone in her practice. This process uncovers and reflects upon the unforeseen path of life, explores the inner workings of human beings and celebrates the journey of the process rather than the destination.
